Audit Assistant Manager

£37,500 - £40,000 per annum

About You

  • You’re a fully qualified accountant most likely through ACA or ACCA

  • You have experience in a medium to large Practice or may be coming from the Public Sector

  • You have a good understanding of the full Audit process

About your new role

Always

  • Auditing – a wide range of mostly local clients of varying sizes and industries

  • Preparation and review of accounts

Often

  • Supporting and reviewing the work of junior team members

  • Identifying new opportunities for the firm/client and contributing to tenders/proposals

Occasionally

  • Getting involved with other teams on things such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Forensic Investigations etc

  • Visiting clients to gain an overview of their business and advise on next steps

Never

  • Working until 2am

  • Spinning plates while tap dancing
