Management Accounting Manager - Belfast- £50,000 - £58,000

About You:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in either practice or industry

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, coach colleagues, and report to clients or senior stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of operational finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and financial management, including budgeting, analysis, and reporting

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage) and financial process documentation/testing

• Excellent analytical skills and commercial insight, with the ability to identify issues and solve complex problems

About Your New Role:

Always:

• Lead and manage the operational finance team, overseeing processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, and general ledger accounting

• Provide management accounting services, including actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts

• Ensure financial control oversight for accuracy and compliance

• Oversee period-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

• Coach and support your team to deliver high-quality results and foster their development

Often:

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, collaborating to meet their financial needs and expectations

• Manage key commercial activities for a portfolio of clients, including resourcing, budgeting, fees, and billing

• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring our solutions meet their evolving business needs

Occasionally:

• Take on high-profile, challenging projects with diverse client needs

• Participate in reviewing and improving financial processes to support continuous development

Never:

• Work in a monotonous environment — every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities for growth
