About You:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), though PQ candidates with significant experience will also be considered
Strong understanding of the full audit process from inception through to completion
Experience in small, mid-tier, large firms, or public sector audit
About your new role
Always
Auditing a range of clients of varying sizes in numerous industries
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
Often
Engaging with clients regularly to gather information and inform of progress/issues
Supporting Managers/SMs in managing the audit process, supporting junior team members etc
Occasionally
Getting involved with other teams if required
Visiting new and existing clients to learn first-hand about their business
Never
Having an unapproachable leadership team
