About You
Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or similar qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in audit.
Strong technical knowledge with experience in managing a portfolio of clients.
Commercially aware, with the initiative to support audit engagements independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for building client relationships.
Big 4 experience advantageous but not essential.
Your New Role
Always
Execute and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget.
Prepare audit plans, risk assessments, and audit programs tailored to clients’ needs.
Build and sustain strong client relationships, supporting clear and transparent communication.
Often
Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance to help them grow professionally.
Ensure engagements meet professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm quality controls.
Occasionally
Identify potential opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development.
Engaging with external stakeholders.
