Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Belfast - £65,000 - £75,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading firm, looking for a skilled Tax Senior Manager to join their innovative Corporate Tax team. About You 

·        Hold a recognised tax qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA, or international equivalent) or have significant relevant experience

·        Strong expertise in UK corporation tax and a broad awareness of other UK taxes

·        A client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

·        Proven ability to lead and develop teams, building relationships with senior stakeholders

·        Experience identifying business opportunities and contributing to growth

About Your New Role:

Always:

·        Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary contact for all tax-related matters

·        Offer proactive advice on compliance obligations, tax risks, and opportunities

·        Coordinate services from specialists across the organisation to deliver seamless solutions

·        Provide insights and recommendations tailored to client needs

Often:

·        Engage with clients to discuss business updates, tax changes, and new projects

·        Review UK tax computations for accuracy and completeness, identifying risks and opportunities

·        Lead and develop teams, coaching colleagues to deliver high-quality results

Occasionally:

• Contribute to large, high-profile projects requiring cross-functional collaboration

• Drive process improvements and innovation within the team

Never:

• Feel stuck in routine—each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow

• Asked to untangle a box of Christmas lights with no end in sight.
