About You

• CTA-qualified/part-qualified considered

• Experienced in a similar tax role

• Strong technical abilities and commercial awareness

• Capable of working autonomously while fostering a collaborative environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at managing client expectations

About Your New Role

Always:

• Providing tailored tax advice to a wide portfolio of clients, particularly in M&A and corporate restructuring

• Preparing detailed Tax Due Diligence reports and offering strategic advice on M&A and funding matters

Often:

• Engaging in business development activities, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand our client base and services

• Collaborating with team members on complex projects to deliver seamless client experiences

Occasionally:

• Contributing to the training and development of junior team members

• Working closely with leadership to advance internal processes and promote best practices

Never:

• Working in isolation – you’ll be an integral part of a highly collaborative, client-focused team

• Wresting an ape in a zoo enclosure
