Corporate Tax Manager (Advisory/Compliance or Mixed)-Belfast - £50,000 - £55,000

This is your chance to join a friendly, professional tax team as one of two Managers in a well-situated Belfast office. With 3-4 days of hybrid working, you can tailor your role to focus on either advisory, compliance, or a mix of both, whatever suits your career goals and strengths best.

About You

• CTA qualified and/or ACA qualified with significant experience in Tax

• Specific experience in Corporate Tax 

• Exposure to Tax Advisory, Personal Tax, and VAT beneficial but not essential

About your new role

Always

• Delivering Tax  services to a variety of companies primarily in the local market

• Aiding the Director in managing junior team members, delegating and reviewing work etc

Often

• Supporting the wider team with other areas of tax, PT, VAT, R&D etc

• Offering Tax Advisory services to clients alongside the Director

Occasionally

• Visiting clients to offer a thorough overview of their tax position

• Identifying opportunities with new of existing clients to help develop the firm’s client

• portfolio

Never

• Worried about the office commute 5 days per week

• Brushing up the staff kitchen with one of those straw mops
