About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Demonstrable experience in Corporate Finance with substantial deal experience
Proven track record in managing transactions and delivering high-quality results
A genuine interest in progressing your career in Corporate Finance and a clear ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients
About your new role
Always
Manage day-to-day project responsibilities, ensuring high standards for financial analysis, documentation, and client communication
Lead the drafting of sales documents (information memoranda, teasers, etc.) and project manage assignments
Play a key role in business development initiatives, including developing sector thought leadership, producing proposals, and leading pitches
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and key external contacts, including law firms, banks, and private equity firms
Often
Conduct financial modelling, valuations, and detailed financial analysis of businesses
Deliver well-presented documents in-house style and perform research to understand businesses, buyers, and potential acquisition targets
Provide guidance and delegate tasks to junior colleagues, supporting their personal development
Occasionally
Attend in-house and external training courses to further enhance your expertise
Lead or support on the identification of business opportunities and potential acquisitions/mergers for clients
