Fully qualified accountant
Experience in Corporate Finance essential
Exposure to and experience in advising on a wide range of transactions

Working on a variety of projects such as Mergers, Acquisitions and Capital Investment

Developing Financial Models and putting systems and processes in place
Assisting with other ad hoc projects in eg. Restructuring, fund raising
