About You 

  • Fully qualified accountant

  • Experience in Corporate Finance desirable but not essential 

  • Genuine interest in building your career in CF and a appetite for/clear ability to communicate well with clients

About your new role 

Always 

  • Performing due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions 

  • Working on a variety of projects such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Investments, Raising of capital etc

Often

  • Developing Financial Models 

  • Conducting Financial Analysis on a variety of transactions 

Occasionally

  • Attending training courses both in-house and externally 

  • Playing a role in identifying opportunities for the firm and potential acquisition/merger opportunities for clients 

Never 

  • Auditing 

  • Spending two weeks at an Industrial estate in Birmingham
