About You

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).

  • Extensive experience in general practice, including managing a diverse client portfolio.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax compliance, and advisory services.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with a focus on adding value.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the practice.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
