About You

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• Suitable for a newly qualified accountant up to 2 years of experience in a management or commercial accounting role.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills to manage complex financial data.

• The ability to communicate financial insights clearly and confidently.

• A desire to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Your Responsibilities

Always:

• Prepare accurate month-end journals and financial reports.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

• Assist with budget preparation and rolling forecasts.

• Provide financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

Often:

• Collaborate with operations teams to analyse costs and improve efficiency.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation.

• Contribute to improving financial systems and processes.

Occasionally:

• Assist with strategic projects, including new product launches and business expansions.

• Support the implementation of financial systems and reporting tools.

Never:
