About You
CTA qualified, with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Ideally experienced with a background in a similar tax advisory role
Capable of working autonomously, with a collaborative spirit
Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, adept at managing client expectations
Excellent technical abilities with a keen sense of commercial awareness
About Your New Role
Always:
Providing tailored tax advice to a wide portfolio of clients, particularly in M&A and corporate restructuring
Preparing detailed Tax Due Diligence reports and offering strategic advice on M&A and funding matters
Often:
Engaging in business development activities, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand our client base and services
Collaborating with team members on complex projects to deliver seamless client experiences
Occasionally:
Contributing to the training and development of junior team members
Working closely with leadership to advance internal processes and promote best practices
Never:
Working in isolation – you’ll be an integral part of a highly collaborative, client-focused team
Wresting an ape in a zoo enclosure
