About You:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
Extensive experience in Corporate Finance
Proven track record in advising on a wide range of transactions, financial restructuring, financial strategy and planning.
About Your New Role:
Always:
Client-facing, leading engagements across sectors
Delivering projects such as Mergers & Acquisitions, capital investment and valuations.
Often:
Developing financial models and advising on systems and processes
Supporting additional projects such as restructuring, fundraising, and due diligence
Occasionally:
Mentoring and developing the corporate finance team
Identifying new business opportunities and participating in bids and tenders
Never:
Feeling stagnant or uninspired
Getting enclosed in a cage with a gorilla
