About You:
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience (newly qualified or part qualified considered)
Background in Corporate Finance or a genuine interest in Corporate Finance
Strong analytical skills with a clear ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ambitious and motivated to progress within the field
About Your New Role:
Always:
Leading due diligence, creating investor decks and developing business cases for private and public sector clients.
Managing a range of projects, including Mergers and Acquisitions, capital investments, and fundraising activities
Often:
Developing financial models and conducting in-depth financial analysis
Working closely with clients to provide strategic advice and identify opportunities
Occasionally:
Conducting forensic investigations and preparing forensic accounting reports
Attending training sessions and professional development courses
